When you contract for one of our maintenance programs, your single point of contact will be the Project Manager. Our Project Manager possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Urban Forestry and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Parks and Recreation. She also holds a current certification in the International Society of Arboriculture and is a PLANET Certified Landscape Professional .
The Project Manager will visit your property on a regular basis keeping you informed as to the health of your landscape as well as suggesting services that may save you time and money in the future. Scenario: Say you have a fruit tree that is being invaded by cankerworms, your Project Manager will contact you, inform you of the situation and suggest a treatment. If you are interested in seeing an estimate for the cost of the treatment, a proposal will be sent to you, or you can elect to take care of the situation on your own. Whatever the case, the point is, your Project Manager will make you aware of the situation and you won’t loose your tree.
All maintenance services are performed by our skilled
and experienced Crew Leaders and Members. Our
maintenance crews will arrive on schedule in uniforms, and treat you, your property and your neighborhood with respect and professionalism. Our Maintenance Production Manager will also visit your site regularly, checking on job safety and procedure quality. Depending on the circumstance, your Project Manager may suggest you expand on, or eliminate services as natural changes occur in your landscape.
