Dan Thiele and Tim Blinten started their landscape business with only two employees, one truck and assorted equipment in January of 1997.   Having worked several years for other local landscape construction companies,  Dan and Tim had a dream to build on those experiences.  They believed  their company would grow by building on sound  standards and ethical practices, “Grow Rite”.  And grow they did, today Grow Rite Landscape employs over 33 associates and has one central location that houses all phases of the business.  With this philosophy of controlled and organized growth, they have been able to continuously expand while keeping a constant level of  quality and customer satisfaction.
